Objective
To develop an engaging, interactive educational application designed for students in developing countries, providing them with accessible, high-quality STEM education.

• Concept and Creation: Developed MindZu, a UK Govt. Global EdTech Awards semi-finalist app, specifically for teaching STEM subjects to students in developing countries.
• Low-Bandwidth Framework: Designed an HTML5-based, low-bandwidth content delivery system to ensure reliable access in regions with limited connectivity.
• Content Deployment Strategy: Built robust strategies for delivering gamified learning experiences and real-time feedback across multiple channels, enhancing accessibility and engagement.
• UI/UX Design & Gamification: Crafted the app’s user interface, game world, characters, learning journey, and gamified reward systems.
• End-to-End Content Lifecycle: Managed the entire content lifecycle, from user persona development to final learning materials, ensuring each step aligned with educational objectives.
• Content Development: Rewrote SME-provided materials and storyboarded a comprehensive, year-long secondary maths course aligned with India’s CBSE curriculum.
• Project Management: Led a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with SMEs, illustrators, animators, sound engineers, and voiceover artists to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Content Tagging for AI Integration: Developed a tagging and publishing system to facilitate future AI-driven enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Established QA processes with feedback loops at each development stage, preventing delays and ensuring content integrity.
